We provide a web-based project management platform that handles all aspects of a construction project such as lead tracking, cost estimating and report generation. This platform emphasizes a flat learning curve and low cost.
The Bureau of Labor Statistics reports that in 2008 there were 551,000 "construction managers" in the US. Of those, 61% are self-employed and would be in need of a light weight project management platform. Market size is around 336,000.
A fast, square footage-based cost estimating system, proposal documents that can be generated directly from estimates and low-cost all combine to set us apart from competitors.
