PUBLIC:

Found these guys in my attempt to spray my business plan everywhere. However I thought because these guys are in D.C. they would get my plan. Never responded and I still wonder why politics and web 2.0 are not hot on VC's plates after Obama used it so well. There is a lot of profit in the non-profit sector!
