FIRM DESCRIPTION: River Valley Investors (RVI) is a Western Massachusetts-based group of individual investors working in concert to find high quality private equity investment opportunities in both early stage companies with significant growth potential as well as later stage companies. Each Member makes his/her own decision on whether to invest in a deal based on his/her own due diligence. Investments can be done individually or collectively. Members are not required to make any investments in the companies presented to them through the group.
