Still negotiating terms, however the experience with Mass Capital thus far has exceeded my expectations. They have been very thorough in understanding our business model and very responsive in answering our questions. Joan McArdle has been a joy to work with. They presented very fair terms out of the gates and have been very flexible in adjusting the terms to meet our specific needs.
