Rude, Shady, All Around a Negative Experience

Fund: Life Science Angels

Posted by Anonymous on 2012-06-14

PUBLIC:

They had a solid health care/med tech background, but I found them extremely rude and unprofessional as compared to several other medtech angels and VCs. Among other things proprietary information was shared with competitors. Casey was great, Allan May - not so much.

Merging?

PUBLIC:

I have heard this group was trying to merge with the Sand Hill Angels. I don't know if this has happened or not.

Truly Value Added Investors!

Fund: Life Science Angels

Posted by docinventor on 2007-08-17

PUBLIC:

The angels in this group are the real movers and shakers in the field. It can take a while to get them excited about early stage stuff (same problem with all Angel groups nowadays) but if you can get the right people on board, your team may become much more attractive very rapidly.
