Steve was Series B investor in Nazomi and observed the board for several years. I found him very decisive, tough but extremely supportive to the management team. Steve and his team always helped us out in Japan and Korea. I would take money from Steve any day.

Steve is reasonably smart, but lacks guts to make tough decisions -- usually will opt for an easy way out. If you are syndicating a deal and Ignite/Steve Payne is a follower, probably no problem. If he's leading the deal, think twice about accepting his money.
