Fastest Due Dilligence

I recently sold a business to Golden Gate. They gave us an LOI with a 30 day due dilligence criteria. They met it (even though we were very skeptical). They are fast at closing and honored all their terms.

Be careful of escrow, difficult to deal with after the heat of the deal. Try to have an all cash transaction. Do not count on getting escrow funds.
