I only met with one guy who promised the world and delivered a pizza. Maybe the expereince was unrepresentative, but he and the firm made me think they were a joke.

PUBLIC:

They were very quick to respond, whether positive or negative. Close process was very quick. Once they were in, they were very responsive to our financial needs. Always there when we needed them. We were geographically seperated, so their operational involvement after investment was less engaged. Their approach tends to be more long term, get profitable, maximize shareholder value - rather than get to an exit as quickly as possible. One drawback could be that they are all over the map from an investment perspective. Although lately they seem to have focused on alternative fuels.
