    Was contacted by an associate of JAIC who found our website. Polite and no egomaniacs but....
    very little to offer in terms of advice, not looking to invest in anything too early stage and generally, talking to anyone at the associate level is a waste of time.

    If you are not doing a mezzanine round do not bother talking with this fund. They have no concept of what a start-up requires. Their focus is pre-ipo.

    Firm has inexperienced staff searching for deal flow. Frankly the associates have no clue about VC investments. One suggested that startup entrepreneurs need to hock everything to banks before contacting them otherwise the entrepreneurs are not burdened by any financial risks. One could'nt get more naive than that
