Guys don't seem to get the space they're supposedly 'good' in. String things out, and finally only wanted to jump in on the deal when there were other term sheets on the table. No thanks.

Drove US Crazy and Never Made a Decision

PUBLIC:

Did 5 months of grueling due diligence on our company, and never formally passed. Always said they needed more information. Drove the management team crazy requesting information, and didn't have the courtesy to just say no.
