I pitched to Cross Atlantic when raising my latest round and they expressed their interest in the company. This was proven as they made a quick decision and then conducted well thought-out due diligence and ultimately submitted a term sheet that really worked for each of our companies. I wouldn't recommend this Fund to be involved in a technology company. They have very limited competence within their team and a weak network. As such they bring little value other than cash. It's also hard to understand who you are negotiating with as you near the closing of a deal. They change major elements of the terms at the final second with no prior indication that there may be issues.
