The entire process was fine, we met a few times. When the ball was in their court they disappeared. Couldn't reach them and they didn't return calls.

Reputation locally for being particularly difficult to work with.

JVP spent a lot of time in diligence with my US start-up over a couple of financing rounds. Turns out that they had just made investments in some related firms, and they were doing competitive diligence on the marketplace. Their other investments ended up dead. Read on for more.
