Useless Fellows

I was referred to them by a contact. They asked me for whole lot of confidential information over a long period [weeks], then bought even more time to "review" and then after repeated follow-ups reverted with "pass", with no other comment. LBT and the dwarfs all mostly behave the same way. Fact is, they have no funds. Why not have basic courtesy to say so? Why entertain and waste time of entrepreneurs? Beats me. Their behavior says a lot about who they really are. Useless fellows.
