Fund: ff Venture Capital

I was not part of the initial investment process, but joined the company just after.
Over time, I had the chance to work with John and his team on different aspects related to the operation of the company from marketing aspects to social and financial aspects.
John and his professional team have shown me that there are other ways to be a VC.
Where most VCs try to send expense reports to the company and force the company to make unneeded expenses (like consulting, recruiting, travel and what not), John has made every effort to help utilize the investment better. By offering his CFO and other shared services at nominal or no cost, by offering office space at nominal or no cost as needed, by offering and using all his introduction capital to get us involved with any interesting party he knows and much more.
John put his own skin in the game and it shows.
I wish more VCs acted the same.
