Gina Dubbe' represented lead investor Walker Ventures on the Board of Naviscan PET Systems (NPS) in the Company's first post-angel venture financing. NPS had great technology, but needed material business assistance. Gina did an outstanding and constructive job of managing a difficult situation through to a successful follow-on financing with Sanderling.
