Much to say, but let me start by stating that more than anything, they are solid, ethical, people who truly appreciate the talents and efforts of entrepreneurs. They are extraordinarily well-connected. They are very generous with their contacts as well as their time, experience and insights (even if they don't end up funding you). They are extremely focused on the areas they want to fund and very capable of assisting companies in these verticals. I have found them to be very fair with terms. I did not pitch them (they were already in), but I have seen them take other pitches and they are always cordial, genuine and engaged. The partners' varied experiences are broad and fit together well; you would benefit from pitching and getting to know them.
