Fund: Rincon Venture Partners

We were fortunate to have Rincon lead our first round of financing and participate in the second round as well. Jim Andelman structured a deal that aligned the interests of everyone involved (founders, management team, and other minority shareholders) so we could focus on the important stuff - executing the vision for the business.
