PUBLIC:

As a relatively new fund, Jay and team are working hard to get into good deals. They do ask tough questions that will make you spend a cycle or two during due diligence, but they're never "throwaway" VC questions... they're always pertinent to the deal. Actually, they make you think harder about your business, which I consider a net benefit.
Zelkova is building a great reputation fast, and for good reason. They also invest nationally, so don't feel like you shouldn't pitch if you aren't in NYC.
