Pulled a Deal

Fund: Azure Capital Partners

I experienced Azure doing something top VC's just don't do often. They went to termsheet very quickly and then pulled the deal when we were pushing them to move. Top firms offered new termsheets in the next 60 days, so the business was not damaged, but this is investment banker behavior not quality venture behavior.
