Full Disclosure: My wife works at LV as well.
My experience with Labrador is limited to after the deal. I have worked closely with Sean and Stuart. Brought in over three years ago to turn around an already funded portfolio company, my experience is that the partners at Labrador have been nothing but very attentive, creative and helpful. If you are an entrepreneur who wants "after the deal" involvement and introductions, Labrador delivers. If you don't like to consider new ideas or other veiw points then other VCs may be a better bet for you.
