The funding process with Primera Capital was a smooth sailing for us. From the very first meeting we encountered with fantastic people that gave us great inputs both on the product and our company vision. They were fast to decide, eager to help, and the offered us great terms as well. The most important aspect of the deal was that we managed to bring great guys on board, while keeping a healthy company.
The partners are all very well connected, each in his own industry, and are ready to utilize these connections to promote the company.
One of the key benefits of Primera is that they invest the partners own money in the companies, which turns them to be semi angels and yet have a VC financial capabilities. I believe this is a major differentiation from other VC firms. As the phrase says- They really put their own money where their mouth is.
In short - this is how VC's should really look like.
