Debt is Their Thing

My understanding is that despite what their website says, their primary activity is small volume venture debt, $500K-$1M. The terms I have seen have been very unfavorable to a business, and in addition to high interest rates carry very expensive warrants and deal costs.

On the upside, Todd is a good guy, Brett means well but is inexperienced, and they will take the time to learn about your business, and if they are interested they will make an offer fast.
