Very Strong Ongoing Support

Our company was funded by MVM about a year ago. Initially they had both an operational and fundraising role. They brought me in to run the operations and I've been very impressed with their ongoing support. Matt Ridenour is on my board and is an active supporter. His insight into the business is particularly helpful as he once had an operational role.

MVM has been exceptionally helpful with our follow-on financing role. They have stepped us to support us financially and with their time way beyond any of our other investors. They have made countless introductions and phone calls on our behalf. They have been creative in deal structuring and very flexible in accommodating others' needs. They have even put up high risk capital to get us through a tough stretch. Their lead has been the key to our follow-on financing and surviving this tough fundraising climate.

In addition to their support, Matt has been a great person to partner with. He has an upbeat, can-do attitude and doesn't get bogged down by the smaller issues.
