Fund: Vinci Capital

We have gone the full circle with Vinci as our main VC. Our company took a long time to breakeven, and it required some dratic decisions and restructuring to bring it to the stage it became attractive for a major US computer manufacturer to purchase us. In the process, Vinci was tough at times, helped to execute some painful decisions, was a main mover in structuring a 3 way merger, and most of all stuck with us through the good times and the bad periods, supporting the Company over the 8 years it took to make a profitable exit.
