After having raised in my professionnal career 45M€ and did more than 7 fund raisings, I'm sincerely amazed by Gert style. Gert is probably the most experienced VC you can find in Europe, prior to be a VC he was a successful entrepreneur. He goes straight to the point. He takes your expectations into consideration, and share with you what he can and can not do. We signed the term sheet in 10 days, and from day 1 to cash @ bank it took less than 90 days. And by the way, we shared the same lawyer saving time and money.
