I've been working with VV for approx. a year and a half, and have very positive things to say about them all of the way around. I met Matt Harris as we were just starting the fundraising process. Upon our first visit, Matt provided us with a very detailed, and well thought out summary of his reaction to our business model, and what it would take for VV to move forward. Once we achieved some early milestones, we were ready to re-approach the VC community for funding. We secured interest (and a soft commitment) from a first-rate firm on the West Coast, but we were looking for another East Coast firm as well (that's where we're located). Because of the intial interactions I had with Matt, as well as his thoughtful follow up, we decided to also include them as part of the Series A financing. Additionally, I was able to get some very positive references on Matt and VV. Throughout the past year and a half, we've continued to have very positive interactions with Matt and the firm. They've been helpful, but not overbearing. Matt has also been an asset on our board, and provides regular valuable feedback. Matt seems to have a pretty solid understanding of financial services and payments, so if that's your area of focus, he should be able to provide some very helpful insights, as well as connect you ot other potential companies in your field.
Highly reccomend them.
