Waste of Time / Not Professional

It took them 3 months to schedule a call, got first associate which asked all the wrong question without even understanding my market. He was so confident that he is the smartest guy ever created.

Later, he passed me to another associate, another call was after a month, no market understanding, did not even got the names of the competition. - he was late for the call, so I got 15 minutes with him.

Another call, he is back asking the questions that he got all the answers to in the previous call.

Last call, calling telling me that I have not provided them with enough information ...

They wanted me to do their homework.
