Good process -
1) I sent an email
2) within a couple of days was asked for additional info
3) shortly thereafter scheduled a call
4) Joe Zell and Wagish Bhartiya were on the call. very professional. clearly they have read the documents i sent. They had understood the business and the technology and had very clear questions, and suggestions.

they ended up passing at this time, but the process was quick and professional
