We Had a Positive Experience

We had a meeting with Howard this week and found him to be really straight forward. He ultimately passed on our deal, but he told us that he was taking a pass before we even left the table. It was one of the most kind and honest conversations that I have had in some time.

I see that there are some negative opinions here but that has not been my experience at all.
