Can anyone offer any advice or a sample of what they used as an employment agreement for their ceo, coo, cfo etc. staff that were also shareholders" Our investors need something from us as part of due diligence but are prepared to take something boiler plate meantime (in the name of speed) with a more comprehensive agreement to follow.
