Good Pitch and Great Follow Up

We pitched to Granite earlier this year and came back in for a follow-up meeting. We are still in discussions and should wrap something up soon. Our plan and market approach has benefited greatly from the team's feedback and insight. Chris McKay has obviously spent a lot time thinking about and working on our deal. He has been a great champion for us.
