Arrogant is the least to say!

I know them for quite some time, and in my previous position, before starting my own company they have approached me several time for consulting and advice for one of their portfolio companies.

Recently I met with them several times; every meeting was with no goal, no clear answers, and no clear questions... the typical See-More people. Not only do they make you spend your time, but they also don't even have the minimum respect to call and give a clear Yes or No answer!

Is it only the Israeli VC's that are so ARROGANT" At least that is what my experience shows.
