Pitched them on a hardware venture that would have been strategic to them as a capitve VC. Unlike our other captive experiences the dialog was thoughtful and exceedingly helpful to us in reconsidering some business model changes we had been debating over. They passed on the deal but exhibited clear reasoning and were receptive to hearing from us again should we engage our model differently.
