I have worked with numerous VC groups in my career. I have found the Hopewell team (Overmyer and Lampe) extremely easy to work with, completely fair and above board and very competent. They always keep the best interests of all the shareholders in mind and are constantly looking for ways to help grow the company. I wish some of the other VC groups I have worked with had been the same.
