Our company got MVM involved a little over a year ago. We were impressed with Andy and specifically his experience from Overture which helped guide us in the right direction. They take an active role in helping to run a company and will invest about the same terms as a standard Angel investment. I'd say they are valuable in 3 major ways. First assisting with operations and staying focused on the business goals. Second, their contacts are amazing knowing pretty much every VC and strategic partner we would want to work with in the internet space. Third, they are fun to work with.

They have increased our value about 4X over the past year and we are now about to get our funding with several options.

They are truly hands-on and create more value from the operating piece as they bring from the investment.
