We pitched Dan and Rob and worked with them through some preliminary due diligence. In the end, it wasn't a NextStage deal because they don't have expertise in our industry and didn't feel that they could get it in a timely manner. Dan gave me a quick no, which I really appreciated. He clearly takes a golden rule approach to life: treat others as you want to be treated.
