Disappointing Experience

After contacting Sam Kingsland, we got a relitively prompt audience with the team, including a local acedemic whom they invited without any pre-notice. The meeting was quite engaged and it was clear there was both domain knowledge and interest from the group. Then silence. No communication or feedback for over a month, despite vmail and email follow-up. When we finally connected, the rationale for no was somewhat confusing, probably because so much time had passed and so was of little help in helping tune the message better. If its a no, just say no quickly! It makes it easier for us to focus and use any valid feedback to improve the pitch.
