Mixed Bag

Fund: Globespan Capital Partners

Andy Goldfarb has a fairly mixed reputation in the Boston market (read: arrogant). Heard one story of a team that came in that had a generous term sheet from one of the very top firms in Boston and really came in as a courtesy. Goldfarb starting to press the CEO in front of his team why he thought he deserved to be CEO. And no surprise you won't see Globespan on that IPO prospectus (they are filing).

Dave Fachetti on the other hand is salt of the earth. Hardest working guy in the business. Smart and analytical. Not much of a risk taker though- more of a follower of the pack so dont bring him anything that isn't getting buzz.
