Good Experience and Taf Funded My Company

We were initially turned down after a first meeting - and then brought back by a member who liked the deal. After two big presentations, they actually surprised me by coming into a room where were told to wait and telling us that they were in for $500k. Two members did a great job of coaching me and helping me with the presentation. I received great help from Patricia Roller, Kevin Sullivan and Mike Moshier in particular.

My seed deal was technically led by the Band of Angels and TAF had no issue with following their lead with the term sheet and legal dealings. They also invest as an LLC which is very nice as it keeps you from having to deal extensively with individual members (which can be a time suck).

They received a seat on my board (Patricia Roller) and a board observer position (Mike Mosier) and I've been VERY pleased with their contributions and active assistance.

While not my company's area, I believe they are particularly interested in biotech and medical technology.
