Fund: Azure Capital Partners

I sat on a Board of a company that Azure invested in. I had the chance to work with Mike Kwatinetz and Ray Carey. These are very bright guys. They worked harder on behalf of the company than I've seen any other VC do including a lot of introductions. At times their heavy involvement was to fill needs on the executive team, and while this would annoy any CEO, it was needed here. They supported the company through multiple rounds despite rocky performance. Though it may be hard to win an argument with either one of these guys, they are both good capital partners.
