I am surprised by some of the negative comments and low(ish) rating. Paul Ferris just passed on a deal of mine (FWIW, a very early stage startup).

As I thought about the experience, communications, and reasoning given, I am satisfied that they gave sound, honest feedback of what they liked and didn't.

They understood the technology, value proposition to the customer, and business opportunity it presents.

They didn't waste my time and knew how to say no at the right juncture. I believe they invested a fair amount of time working the opportunity. I was treated very considerately by their support staff, even receiving a call from an assistant when Paul was going to be less than 10 minutes late for a scheduled call!

What more can you ask for!"
