Fund: ATA Ventures

ATA was a positive experience for our management team throughout the relationship. They made their decision to invest with us quickly and provided fair terms. Our partner was Hatch Graham. He made himself available to the management team and guided us through some rough waters with his own historical operational and investment perspectives. He provided advice that was truely advice...the decisions were ours. While our opportunity did not achieve the upside we were all hoping for, ATA remained positive and patient as we sold the company. I would work with ATA again in a heartbeat and encourage you to take a closer look. They truely have a venture spirit (just take a look at their portfolio) not the herd mentality that dominates the venture community.
