John Hawkins and Mark Jennings have showed great patience as our company struggled with a post 9/11 industry downturn. That patience has been rewarded with the recent completion of a great year of financial performance and new product launches. Based on my experience with several other funds, the lack of panic and meddling has been unusual. You find out who your partners are when things get a little turbulent. John and Mark have been calm and helpful and we are moving the ball down the field.
