Fund: Bain Capital Ventures

I dealt with Bain Capital Ventures a few years ago. I was raising a B round of capital. I knew of them by way of their reputation. I found them to be very professional. Both the partner and the associate I dealt with were polite, smart and fun to be around. They put forth probably the simplest (best) term sheet I have ever seen. Even during the diligence process, I looked forward to my phone calls with them. Even when delivering criticism they did it in a constructive way and not the all to often "gotcha" way.
