We closed a small debt financing with Gabriel this Spring and are reaping the benefit of their network, good judgment, experience, and infrastructure. The partners are very practical in their assessment of a deal, but aren't so numbers driven that they pass on opportunities that their instincts say are worth pursuit. Be prepared to dig deep to justify addressable market and understand the fund's investment hurdle so you're not wasting your - or their - time.
