PUBLIC:

Just closed an A round of financing with ATA and found them to be professional, courteous, decisive, reasonable in negotiations and easy to deal with. Negotiated with Mike Hodges and Pete Thomas, both first rate individuals and VC's. Mike is now on our board and he has been extremely helpful in many diverse areas of our business.
