PUBLIC:

SAVP / Greenhill has an admirable vision to be a "real" New York venture capitalist, acting like the best funds of the West Coast. The reality is that their deal execution leaves a lot to be desired. For example, they do not have a network of world-class individuals to help companies, their strategic advice is mediocre, and their deal terms are very aggressive.
